A special orientation for international students is provided by the University prior to the beginning of class for each term. The orientation provides the international student with a general overview of the University, with particular emphasis on immigration and academic matters. New international students are required to bring their passports and admissions papers to the orientation so that pertinent information can be recorded in compliance with INS regulations.
